21/08/2016 : As per the Circular No.AA2/59/2016/LSGD dated 11-08-2016 the Local Government Department of Kerala Government have issued additional guidelines for Performance Audit. In the power of above circular the Performance wing will inspect following matters also in Panchayats with immediate effect,

Regularisation of unauthorized constructions, Field Collection of Property Tax System, Collection of Service Taxes from Central Government owned institutions, Maintenance of Demand Register, Staff Pattern, Use of Saankhya Software, Monthly Reconciliation of all funds and presenting of monthly accounts before Finance Standing Committee, Purchase of goods and materials from SIDCO, Reciept of Tender form cost from Executive Engineer if work done through e-Tender, Procurement Manual Guidelines, Information board at work site, Direction for take action without want of clarification in reports, Completion of various minutes books, Conduct of effective Entry / Exit Meetings…. etc. Fore more read circular by clicking below button.
