1. തുക MGNREGS ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ലഭിക്കുമ്പോൾ, FMFM28 ഉപയോഗിച്ച് MGNREGS grant liability head ൽ (3) demand ചെയ്ത് രശീത് ചെയ്യുക.
2. FMAP10 – ഉപയോഗിച്ച് (Contra entry) ഒരു ഫയൽ Arise ചെയ്യുക.
ലഭിച്ച തുകയ്ക്ക് ഒരു TR59 (C) bill, തുക മാറ്റിയിടുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഒരു proceedings എന്നിവ manual ആയി തയ്യാറാക്കി file ൽ New attachment ആയി അറ്റാച്ച് ചെയ്യുക.
Advance register ൽ ആവശ്യമായ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ വരുത്തുക.

3. സെക്രട്ടറി ചെക്ക് ഒപ്പിട്ടതിന് ശേഷം, ഒരു Contra entry രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുക.
