As per GO(P)No.07/2016/Fin dated 20.01.2016, orders were issued revising the pay and allowances of State Government Employees and Teachers, vis-a-vis ordered at para(18), Annexure II that the provisional employees recruited through employment exchanges who were in service on 30/06/2014 and continued thereafter shall be eligible for the minimum of the revised scale of pay with effect from 01/07/2014.
Government are now pleased to order as per order No.G.O (Ms) No.291/2016/Fin dated 22/07/2016 that the arrears payable to provisional employees recruited through employment exchanges for 179 days, on account of revised basic pay admissible vide GO read above will be paid in lump sum from the date of this order.
The expenditure in this regard will be met from the head of account where the salary of the incumbents are being met.
