Hi friends, today I introduce an excel software to generate T A Bills of Gazetted and Non Gazetted Officers of Kerala.

How to use this software…?

Step 1: Download T A Bill Creator Ver 3.0 from download section of this post.

Step 2: The downloaded file is in zip format. So you have to extract it. After extract you get a folder named ‘ TA Bill Creator Folder’, open that folder and find READ ME txt file. Read carefully all information provided in READ ME file.

Step 3: After reading READ ME file, open TA Bill Creator Ver 3.0 excel tool from same folder.

Step 4: Enable Macro [If excel asked]

Step 5: Now you get Home window of Software. Default Rate of TA button already selected. Select financial year from dropdown box and click Save button.

Step 6: Then click Enter Basic Details button and fill following details,

Name of Treasury :
Name of HOI :
Designation of HOI :

Head of Account :
Plan / Non Plan :
Voted / Charged :

Gazetted / Non Gazetted

If designation is not listed please add by clicking ADD button located at the top of designation column. After made entry click save button.

Step 7: Now click Gazetted Officer button if you wish to prepare T A Bill of a Gazetted Officer otherwise click Non Gazetted Officer button.

Step 8:

A] Gazetted Officer : Click Tour T A button if you wish to prepare Tour T A bill otherwise click Transfer T A bill.

1) Tour T A : If you clicked Tour T A button you will get a data entry page. Fill all information required in each raw. (i.e, Select name of employee, date & hours of journey, From & To rout names, distance (* If you do not know the actual distance Click Distance Calculator button located at the top of page and find distance from Panchayatguide’s Distance Calculator Page), mode of convenience, etc……. then click Save button.

2) TransferT A : If you clicked Transfer T A button you will get a page and it require Transfer order number, date, issued by, transferred from, transferred to etc… then click Save button. Now you get a data entry page. Fill all information required in each raw. (i.e, Select name of employee, date & hours of journey, From & To rout names, distance (* If you do not know the actual distance Click Distance Calculator button located at the top of page and find distance from Panchayatguide’s Distance Calculator Page), mode of convenience, family members details, personal effect, mode of transport of personal effect etc… then click Save button.

B] Non Gazetted Officer : Same steps like mentioned in the Gazetted Officer section.

* Bus / Connection- Bus : If you travel through bus to catch a train / another bus while going to training / transfer ourney, you have to select Connection-Bus option otherwise Bus.

Step 9: Now go to Home page by clicking Back button. And click print buttons of Statement & Bill.
